How do you vet your pastors?
All pastors are put through an extensive onboarding process where we interview them and interview people they have pastored.
Which pastor is right for me?
There may not be one correct answer to this question. To help you narrow it down we encourage you to filter by denomination or our experience tags. We also hope that you would pray through this process as well.
Is there an expense?
It costs $120 for an individual session. This is below the average cost of a counseling session and we believe adequately compensates pastors for their expertise.
What should I expect from a session?
Each pastor may be different but a few things you can expect is to have your time opened and closed in prayer, to be able to voice what you need, and for the pastor to be able to respond.
Do I need a pastor or a therapist?
Both pastors and therapists interact with our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. However, pastors provide spiritual care while therapists are mental health care providers. There are times when both pastoral care and therapy would be beneficial.
